While you are here:

If there is anything that needs to be repaired, replaced or damaged inform the other owners and/or fix the problem

Don’t leave unattended space heaters on
PETS:

No pets are allowed in the house.
YARD

Water flowers during your stay.

Close the umbrella when done using it, especially overnight, windy days and during stormy weather
TRASH

Leave blue recyclable bins on the basement doors to keep out rain

Garbage should be disposed on the appointed days (Tuesday is trash day, every other Wednesday is recyclable day). Put the trash out the night before just outside the fence in front of the side yard

Leave garbage in the proper bags in the large trash cans with the attached lids that are outside back near the shed. One is for compost the other is for landfill. Bags can be purchased at City Hall before 2PM.
GRILL

There are 2 propane tanks for the grill. Whenever one runs out refill the tank at the hardware store. The refill can be charged to the McCarty house account at the hardware store.
